"I always have to wait for my food. 2 yrs of going to the same McDonald's I have to have my 37.00 food order written out in manager's office to get it done correctly. Other wise its always screwed up. I have to return and waste more time and they comp me food or refund my meals because the kids don't listen to my order. This is real served Wrong food served orders. Suposed to be either no onion or no condiments or extra cheese."

"I got a quarter pounder with cheese a Big Mac and a order of fries. Everything was lukewarm almost cold. I also got an extra pickle on the outside of my box, and the Patty on my Big Mac was halfway off the sandwich. I hate this McDonald's it must be the worst one in Tucson. I always have problems here every time I go through here it's a problem. Every time every time."

"Nice McDonalds location. It is modern and very clean. My only gripe is the stupid order kiosks they have. I am a tech junkie, but I still hate using those machines to order vs ordering from a human. I'm not sure why they consider these an upgrade. I would recommend ordering ahead on the app, or trying to order from a staff member if you can catch one, than playing 20 questions with the stupid order kiosks."

"I took my little one to this McDonald's today. Ordered premium hot chocolate & ice cream, fries and apple slices. This is the best McDonald's in Tucson by far. Clean with nice staff."

It’s not fine dining, but it’s fast, familiar, and still holds a special place in the hearts (and stomachs) of millions."

"I know many people hate McDonalds maybe it is their “unhealthy” food? But I grew up with McDonald’s. There is no burger like the iconic cheeseburger, filet-o-fish, Big Mac and don’t forget those fries, there is no other like it in terms of taste period. This grant and Silverbell location is undergoing renovation. The drive through is open even though the sit down area is closed. The new menu screen and the ordering screen is large and clear. Once you order through the mic, it spells out in detail what the cashier got from you so if there’s any mistake you can catch it and tell the cashier, I really like this new system. There’s not many cars in the drive through this evening at 7:40 pm so the service is blazing fast. Hmmmm, I’m smelling the fries..."

"It’s McDonald’s. We’ve all eaten there before. It’s classic. Good Eats and If you use their app even better prices. These days were all looking to save a buck so I definitely recommend downloading the apps for every place you regularly eat at. Usually there is some type of rewards program. McDonald’s had some coupons available which helped me save 20% off my entire order. Can’t go wrong with that. Thanks McDonald’s for valuing your customers by giving back! It’s very much appreciated! As always a great experience!"
